The Beach House sleeps 14 people with ease. There is even extra room for a child on a truckle bed in The White Room. The spacious drawing room, dining room and kitchen make entertaining for large parties effortless.
The house has the feel of a Hamptons beach house with white painted floorboards throughout and a cool relaxed atmosphere that makes for a really dreamy holiday. The linen on all the beds is beautiful Egyptian percale cotton and fluffy white bath sheets. Please bring your own beach towels.
The accommodation comprises, 4 double bedrooms, 2 twins and 1 single bedroom. One of the double bedrooms has an additional single sleigh bed.
- Green Room, super-king Vi-spring bed and ensuite bathroom, overlooking the sea.
- Pink Room, king size Vi-spring bed overlooking the sea and ensuite bathroom.
- Blue Room, king size Vi-spring bed and ensuite bathroom.
- White Room, king size Vi-spring bed and single sleigh bed (The White Company) with additional truckle bed. Attic bedroom overlooking the sea.
- Rose’s Room, twin beds with ensuite bathroom.
- The Nursery Rooms, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom in the eaves of the house.
- Family bath and shower room on the top floor.
- Large kitchen overlooking the sea, 30 feet, with 3 sofas and a large pine table. Four door AGA, conventional electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge (separate large freezer) and stereo.
- Washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Dining room, large dining table with extra leaf, seating up to 14 people. French window on to the deck over the sea.
- Drawing room, 2 voluminous sofas and armchairs around the open fire. Additional daybed and chairs. Views, through the French windows, over both the garden and the sea. Widescreen TV with DVD player, stereo system and many books and games.
- TV room, on the mezzanine floor with TV and DVD player.

- The garden has easy access from all the downstairs rooms. There is a 60-foot wooden deck overlooking the sea with an exquisite terraced garden below and a boardwalk leading to a private door to the beach below. There is a 90-foot lawn to the side of the house with sea views and a 14-foot trampoline for the intrepid.
