We have thoroughly enjoyed and explored this stunning location and your wonderful home. I would wax lyrical about the scenery and the sea views but hope this has been well covered on the proceeding pages! We have found the house extremely well equipped and comfortable. The Aga has been well used and appreciated and the lovely sheltered decking area and balconies are a delight. It had always been a wish of mine to stay somewhere and have the doors open at night or morning and be soothed by the sound of the waves this close, and my dream has been fulfilled. We have had a fantastic family holiday at the Beach House, which surpassed all expectations. The house is so comfortable and well equipped, with a really nice feel. Everything Melanie recommended did not disappoint – William the caterer, Jill the masseuse and all restaurants and days out. The love and care with which the house has been decorated made us feel like we were staying in a well-loved family home. Please have us back again next year, Esta xxx

Longstaffs, Taylors and assorted friends and guests had a week of sunshine, which even surprised the locals. The beautiful clear sea occupied all our time with not time for a single massage. The house was ideal for a big mixed party of old teenagers and the not- so-old-as-last-week parents, we’ve all had daydreams of buying a tent and staying forever.

What a fantastic place! Perfect for our 30th Birthday party with friends, very memorable and lots of fun, from trampolining and ball games in the sun to falling asleep to the sound of the sea. This house is absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful view! I had a great time and will hopefully come back next year. The sea is cold without a wetsuit, but once you are in it’s so refreshing, four of the kids swam to the furthest buoy when it was high tide and then we had a HOT shower! We came here for my mum’s 60th birthday for a surprise. After seeing the website I knew that it would be the perfect place for friends and family! It is so tranquil and homely and we are all jealous of the fantastic furnishings and special vew!!! My mum and dad swam every morning and the children relished the sense of freedom and space. It is fantastically child friendly!! We will all have our own happy memories and are all sad to be leaving this haven. Thank you for providing the perfect environment. How could one not love this house? Everything from sitting in bed and watching the sun rise over the sea through to the fascinating collection of found objects were just perfect. We had the most lovely time and a 60th birthday party we shall remember forever. Mary and Mark Brittain. The Listers loved it too.

The Williamses, Karlssons, Fishers, Robinsons, Westhoffs and Great Granny Burke celebrating Grannie Annie Williams’ ‘nifty at fifty’eth’ Birthday. We all fell in love with this house and are not pleased to leave! Thank you for having us.

Six fantastic days of sunny half term weather. What a super house in a unique location. Every one of our expectations was surpassed. I am probably going to struggle to persuade the girls to return to the Norfolk broads next year. Shame you’re all booked up already for next year, but we will return one day. Dear Lovely house.
Thank you because we had a lovely time on the Beach. I also loved our rooms up in the top of the house. The trampoline was fantastic we played on it every day. My dog Lottie loves the great garden and she loves the big fluffy dog next door. Thank you so much for the brilliant holiday. I had a great time. It is a very good house to play hide and seek. While we were staying at your house we made a play. Thank you for letting us stay in your house. The trampoline was great. We all enjoyed going on the beach. We got some nets and went down to go rock pooling, We found two crabs. The bedrooms were really lovely, all the children went in the top room. It was quite windy so we flew our kites. From Olivia.
